Crystal Healing

Each crystal carries its own natural frequency, and during the session these frequencies are used to gently realign and harmonise your energy field.

Every session starts with a cup of herbal tea or a glass of water and a conversation to agree our intention for the session.

You will remain fully clothed and lie comfortably on a treatment couch in a calm, peaceful setting. Crystals are intuitively chosen and placed on and around your body in specific layouts to support your needs and intentions. The session is quiet and nurturing, allowing you to rest while the crystal energies work to clear stagnation and restore flow.

Many people experience warmth, subtle vibrations, emotional release, visual imagery, or a deeply meditative state. Sessions are tailored individually — whether you are seeking grounding, emotional support, clarity, or energetic renewal.
